This is a publication of the Training School at Vineland, New Jersey Department of Research. Reports of the recent army examinations show that a large proportion of men were rated by the tests as being of very low grade intelligence. According to the author, either the limits of moronity have been placed too high, or, as an alternative, we must admit that tested intelligence below ten years is not always indicative of social unfitness.
